Yesterday was one of the greatest chapter in Philippine history. This is the day that Benigno Simeon Aquino III takes his oath as the 15th president of the republic of the Philippines. This is the day that everyone has been waiting for, A new president to take over the administration.
When he decided to run for president, many candidates decided to give way for him. They knew that he was the most appropriate person to be the president of the Philippines. Everyone is rejoicing when he decided to run, knowing that he is suitable for he is the son of Benigno ''Ninoy'' Aquino Jr. and former president Corazon ''Cory'' Aquino. Everyone had high expectations on him; they know that he will continue the fight of his parents. Even though the public sees him as a suitable person, He still has his own faults and issues. The critics says that he just uses the popularity of her sister, Kris Aquino, as well as the ''Cory magic'' that came from his 2 iconic parents in his campaign. He also received some questions regarding Hacienda Luisita. He was also criticized about not passing any laws in the senate. The most recent criticism he had was about smoking.
Now the wait is over, A new president is taking over, many people are expecting change and reforms to our country. I hope that he remove all the causes of corruption in our country just like what he said in his campaign: ''Kung walang corrupt, walang mahirap'' as well as what he said in his speech:''I will forgive those who have sinned against me but I will not forgive those who sinned against the society''.
Let us pray that God will use him mightily in the government. May he always consult the Lord for help and advice to govern our country. Let us pray that God will give everyone a clean heart, no desire of corruption.
I haven't posted 4 father's day yet! It's not yet late right? I could still see promos for fathers everywhere so I guess I could still catch up.
I want to share w/ you something that we always read in church every father's day. It's about the true strength of a father.
LAKAS NG ISANG AMA
Ang lakas ng isang ama ay hindi sa lapad ng kaniyang mga balikat.
Ito’y nadarama sa higpit ng kaniyang mga yakap.
Ang lakas ng isang ama ay hindi sa lagong at lakas ng kaniyang boses.
Kundi sa marahan niyang tinig.
Ang lakas ng isang ama ay hindi sa dami ng kaniyang mga kabarkada.
Ito’y sa kung paano siya makisama sa kaniyang mga anak.
Ang lakas ng isang ama ay hindi sa kung paano siya tinitingala ng
kaniyang mga ka-opisina. Ito’y sa kung paano siya iginagalang sa tahanan.
Ang lakas ng isang ama ay hindi sa kung gaano siya katindi sumuntok.
Ito’y sa mapagmahal niyang haplos.
Ang lakas ng isang ama ay hindi sa lago ng buhok sa kaniyang dibdib.
Ito’y sa laki ng pusong tinitibok ay pag-ibig.
Ang lakas ng isang ama’y hindi sa bigat ng kaniyang binubuhat.
Ito’y sa mga kabigatang kaya niyang bathin.
Ang lakas ng isang ama ay hindi sa dami ng babaeng kaniyang pina-ibig.
Ito’y kung gaano siya katapat magmahal sa kaniyang natatanging kabiyak.
It shows where the real strength of a father can be found. We usually see the strength of a man but not the strength of a father. You will see the difference between the strength of a man and a father. We could appreciate our dads if we see them as a father, not just a man, but a true man.
Any fool can be a father but it takes a man to be daddy!

A father's love is really amazing! They will do anything for their children whatever it takes and no one can stand in their way.
You could see how Derek's father helped him in times of need, how his father assisted and supported him in the same way that God, our father, sustains and support us.
God sent his only son to die on the cross to save and wash away our sin. before, we are away from God. But now, through the blood of Jesus, We are adopted in God's family. We are reunited w/ our father in heaven.
Happy father's day to all father's especially to God, Our father in heaven, The greatest example of a father.
He is always w/ us, He is our provider, He sustains us in his hand.
I was on my way to the computer shop to create this post then suddenly, It rained very hard! At first, It was just a drizzle when I went out Then, there came the heavy downpour! It was raining so hard that I hurried to the computer shop. My feet was filled w/ dirt because of running. I know I should not be surprised that It rained this hard because it was very hot this few days, I remember myself sweating a lot and I need to borrow a hanky from my classmates. I hope the next days would rain not this hard.
